It’s important not just to book a client for a convenient time, but to make sure that from the very first message, they feel at ease and understand that their idea is truly being taken seriously.

And at the end of the day—check tomorrow’s appointments, reply to the latest messages, and finally lock up the studio. Until tomorrow—new ideas, new people, and new stories that will one day become part of their tattoos.
