Reservation guarantee

A minimum of 5% of the total cost of the service is required to confirm your reservation for the session.

This fee acts as a safeguard for us and for you, allowing us to plan our working hours efficiently and ensure that we prepare for the session well in advance.

Provided you give notice of cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled session, your fee can be refunded in the form of a certificate. Also, if you experience a change in your schedule, you can reschedule your booking to a more convenient time before the session.
