The discount is available exclusively to individuals who hold Combat Veteran (UBD) status or are active members of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, National Guard, State Emergency Service, Border Guard Service, or other official security and defense agencies of Ukraine — provided they submit valid official documentation confirming their service.

To confirm eligibility for the discount, one of the following official documents must be presented: a UBD certificate, a military ID with up-to-date service records, a valid service ID, or an official certificate from a military unit or service with a stamp and signature.

The discount is granted only to the individual who personally submits the original supporting documents along with a valid form of identification (passport or ID card). The benefit is strictly personal, non-transferable, and does not apply to family members, acquaintances, or third parties — regardless of payment method or the presence of document copies.

Any attempt to present falsified or unverifiable documents will result in automatic denial of the discount. VEAN TATTOO reserves the right to verify the authenticity of all submitted information.
